Reporting a factual error

This is the message we most want to receive. Stars Reach is in active Early Access, patches land frequently, and a page that was accurate when published can be wrong a week later. That is the normal condition of writing about a live game, not an excuse for leaving errors in place.

To make a correction as fast as possible, include the page URL, the specific claim you believe is wrong, and — most usefully — a source that contradicts it. Official build notes, the Steam listing, or footage from the current build are all ideal. With a source attached, most corrections can be verified and published the same day.

Corrections that materially change advice we gave are noted on the page rather than quietly edited, and the last-reviewed date is updated alongside the fix.

Suggesting a topic

If there is a Stars Reach question you could not find a straight answer to anywhere, tell us. Gaps that real players actually hit are considerably more useful to us than keyword lists.

One caveat worth setting out. We do not publish specifics that Playable Worlds has not documented — species statistics, tool quality tiers, weapon numbers, profession tier lists or roadmap dates. If your suggestion requires inventing those, we will explain why we cannot do it rather than write the page. Our editorial process covers the reasoning in full.

Republishing and quoting

Short quotations with a link and attribution to Stars Reach Hub are welcome and need no permission. Wholesale republication of full pages is not permitted — see our terms of use.

If you are a creator wanting to use our original analysis — the symptom triage table, the founder pack delta comparison, or the profession experience-condition breakdown — please credit and link the page. Those are the parts of this site that took actual work rather than summarising, and being cited for them is the entire compensation model here.

What we cannot help with

We are an independent, unofficial fan site with no relationship to Playable Worlds. That means we cannot help with account problems, billing or refunds, bans or moderation decisions, technical support beyond the general guidance published on this site, or bug reports.

All of those need to go to Playable Worlds directly, through the official channels linked from the game’s Steam page and official site. Refunds specifically are handled by Valve under standard Steam refund terms, not by the developer and certainly not by us.

Press and business

We have no advertising relationships, no affiliate links and no sponsored content, and we do not accept paid placements, paid links or gifted coverage. Enquiries of that kind will not receive a reply.

Any future change to how this site is funded will be disclosed on the about page and on affected pages before it takes effect.

Privacy of your message

Messages sent to us are used only to respond to you and, where relevant, to correct or improve the site. We do not add correspondents to a mailing list, and we do not share message contents with third parties. Our privacy policy sets out how data is handled across the site generally.
