What this site is

Stars Reach Hub is an independent, unofficial fan site providing editorial content about the video game Stars Reach. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Playable Worlds, Inc.. All game names, logos and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are referred to here for identification and commentary purposes only.

Accuracy and no warranty

We take accuracy seriously. Every page states its sources, and our editorial process describes the verification standards applied to each one.

That said, Stars Reach is a game in active Early Access development. Its systems, terminology, pricing and behaviour change frequently and without notice. Content on this site is provided “as is” and may become inaccurate after a patch, sometimes within days of publication.

We make no warranty that the information here is complete, current or fit for any particular purpose. Where something is undocumented by the developer, we say so rather than guess — but you should treat every guide on this or any other fan site as informational rather than authoritative. The developer and the game’s official channels are the authoritative source.

Not professional advice

Purchasing guidance on this site — including our verdicts on whether to buy the game and which founder pack to choose — is editorial opinion, not financial or consumer advice. Spending decisions are yours.

We receive no commission from any purchase you make and hold no affiliate relationships. That independence is the reason our recommendations are able to include “wait” and “buy the cheapest tier”.

The original written content, analysis, comparisons and data tables on this site are the property of Stars Reach Hub and are protected by copyright.

Game names, trademarks, screenshots and other materials belonging to Playable Worlds, Inc. remain their property. Accuracy during Early Access specifically

This deserves its own note because it is the most likely way information on this site becomes wrong. Stars Reach is in active Early Access development, and the studio ships changes frequently — a hotfix landed four days after launch. Systems, terminology, pricing and behaviour can all move between one visit and the next.

We mitigate this by dating every page with a last-reviewed date that reflects when a person actually re-checked it against the latest build notes and sources, not when a build script last ran. Where something has not been documented by the developer, we say so rather than filling the gap. Where two sources disagree, we state the disagreement rather than resolving it silently.

None of that makes the content authoritative. The developer and the game’s official channels are the authoritative source, and where this site and an official statement conflict, the official statement is correct and we would like to hear about it.

Fair use and commentary

This site discusses a commercial video game, which necessarily involves naming it, describing its systems, quoting short passages from developer statements, and linking to official material. That is commentary, criticism and reporting, and it is why the site can exist without permission from the rights holder.

What we do not do is reproduce substantial copyrighted material, host game assets, use the game’s logo as our own, or present ourselves as an official source. Every page footer carries an explicit statement that this is an unofficial fan site with no affiliation. If a rights holder believes any specific material here exceeds fair use, contact us and it will be reviewed and removed promptly rather than argued about.
